Collaborative Problem Solving for Care Givers

Through our relationship with the MA School Mental Health Consortium, we are proud to share a free Caregiver Training on Collaborative Problem Solving from Think:Kids, the organization that supports training and implementation of Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS).

When we partner thoughtfully with families to support the students we serve, the outcomes are far better. This is a self-paced, interactive online training helping to provide the skills and knowledge to best support our children.

Community Conversation: Managing Anxiety in Our Children

The Mental Health Department would like to thank everyone who attended our recent Community Conversation on Managing Anxiety in Our Children. We are deeply grateful for the support and engagement of parents, caregivers, and community members who joined us for this important discussion.

Special thanks to our partners at NFI, the Lowell City Health Department, and Cartwheel for co-promoting and supporting the event, and to our panel of local experts for sharing valuable insights on how families can help children manage anxious feelings that impact their well-being at home and in school.

For those who were unable to attend, a recording of the event is available [here].

We look forward to hosting additional Community Conversations in the future and continuing to support families in promoting mental health and wellness.
