To receive home goods from Project Home Again (PHA) in Lowell, MA, you must be referred by one of their contracted social service partners. PHA serves low-income families in the Merrimack Valley, providing furniture and household goods for free. Individuals cannot apply directly; a case manager or social worker must initiate the process.
