  • LOWELL COMMUNITY HEALTH SCHOOL-BASED HEALTH CLINIC AVAILABLE AT LOWELL HIGH SCHOOL

    LOCATION: Room 22; basement of the yellow building - canal side. Come check us out!

    HOURS: The School-Based Health Center is open when school is open. If the child gets sick and the School-Based Health Center is closed you can call Lowell Community Health Center at 978.937.9700.

    *Telehealth Appointments* are also available during school hours. Students can text or call for a telehealth appointment. 978-836-3582

    ABOUT: Beyond a focus on primary health care, School-Based Health Centers aim to meet the social and emotional needs of our students to help them reach their individual potential. We are staffed by a nurse practitioner, a medical assistant, and a mental health clinician who provides services during school hours. Services include physical exams, sports physicals, immunizations, age-appropriate health screenings, preventive education and counseling, referrals to specialty services, sick visits, management of acute and chronic problems, and mental health services.



    This service is supported through funding from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and Health Resources and Services Administration.
