Monday, September 28th, is the first day of In-Person learning for all Grade 1-4 students, who received in-person assignments in the original, 25% capacity lottery held by the Lowell Public Schools. Families, should pull up to the Butler side of the school at 9:10 AM, and remain in the car with their child, who will be directed by a staff member to exit the car. All students need to wear masks to school, and have the mask on before they get out of the car. No masks with respirators, or neck gaiters will be allowed, but cloth masks and disposable masks are encouraged.
Students need to bring their Lowell Public School devices already charged and will take them home again at the end of each school day.
Dismissal will begin at 3:10 PM for all CSA and Kindergarten students, at 3:20 PM, for grades 1-2, and 3:30 PM for grades 3-4 and our bus students. Parent pick up is again on the Butler side of the parking lot and staff will direct parents to remain in the car and use the card that has your child's last name for staff identification, so parents can remain inside their cars.
We are excited to welcome all of our students, who received 25% capacity lottery seats for in-person learning at Shaughnessy. Whether your child is learning remotely, or in person, we will continue to work each day to move our students forward as a school community. Our staff is working hard to connect will all of our students and will continue to work with all of you as we do this important work--together.
I thank you, and have a nice rest of your weekend.
