Help Desk Service Tent Schedule

Do you need any help with your LPS-issued device or want to return a computer you borrowed? 

 

The Lowell Public Schools Technology Help Desk will be setting up a service tent:

 

  • Wednesdays from 9-11am at the Robinson School (outside the main entrance) 

 

This service is available for any students or staff needing help with a device issued by the Lowell Public Schools, or anyone wishing to return the device they borrowed for remote learning.

 

You do not need to make an appointment. All visitors must wear a mask and bring the device charger. 

 

Please note that devices will not be distributed at the service tent. Your child's school will be reaching out to announce when devices will be distributed for this school year.
