The Pollard Memorial Library strives to be a vibrant community hub and a place of welcome for all.  Residents of Lowell, of all ages, can obtain  free library cards, which enables them to borrow library materials such as books, DVD's, and other audiovisual items.  With library cards, patrons can also download e-books and e-audiobooks.  Cardholders can reserve discount passes to local museums. The library offers free programs for adults and children such as storytimes, craft activities, and more.
