The Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) of Lowell Public Schools Early Childhood Department, provides young children and their families a variety of programs. These programs include, parent leadership, community playgroups, family education on child development, community wide child events among others. 

CFCE is also a resource hub for families of young children.  Connects families to community agencies and provides early childhood guidance.
