Sara attended Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams where she earned a Bachelors in Sociology and Wheelock College where she earned a Masters in Social Work. She grew up in Lowell and has been working in the Greater Lowell area as a community based and family therapist for many years and as a school Social Worker at the middle school level. She has also worked with teen and young mothers to support and teach healthy attachment and bonding between parent and child. She has worked with children of all ages, with the primary focus on family systems, mental health, and person in environment theories. In her practice, She leans toward strength-based and solution-focused practice where goals are established and measurable goals can be achieved. She loves to learn and try new things and really enjoys being a part of a team!
