Mrs. Williams

Mrs. Williams has been teaching at the Lincoln School since 2014; first as a third grade teacher and currently as a second grade teacher.  Mrs. Williams loves to make learning fun!  She enjoys using songs, games and videos in her classroom.  Her favorite subject to teach is Reading, especially Phonics, because she loves words and spelling.  When not at school, Mrs. Williams  spends time with her husband, two teenage children, Maren and DJ, and their black lab, Milo.  Day trips to the beach and weekends at the lake as well as reading, watching hockey games, taking long walks and going out to dinner are some of the activities she enjoys.

Mrs. Chin-Chap

Mrs. Chin-Chap has been teaching in the Lowell Public Schools for over 25 years. She first started her teaching career as a bilingual teacher, working with 3rd and 4th grade students. Now, she works as a 2nd grade teacher at the Lincoln Elementary School. Mrs. Chin-Chap graduated from Wheelock College with a Bachelor of Science and proceeded to get her Masters Degree of Education from Umass Lowell. She enjoys teaching and helping students and parents who struggle in the English language. She loves reading multicultural books, and her hobbies include cooking different kinds of food from various countries and listening to relaxing music! Mrs. Chin-Chap has been married for 24 years to a loving and caring husband with three delightful children.  Mrs. Chin-Chap is very proud to have a son who is a chemical engineer, and two daughters who are currently pursuing their careers in nursing and teaching. Mrs. Chin-Chap’s dream is to travel to different parts of the world and learn new cultures.

Mrs. Ryan

Mrs. Ryan has been at the Lincoln School since 2011. She began working as a Special Education teacher in the 3rd grade. Currently, she is a 2nd grade teacher. Mrs. Ryan has always wanted to be a teacher since she was in first grade.  Her favorite part of teaching is when she sees her students’ brains growing. When not at school, Mrs. Ryan enjoys spending time with her husband, Mickey her daughter Gwen and looking forward to the arrival of her son.

Ms. Baldwin

Ms. Baldwin has been teaching in Lowell Public Schools since 2017. She first started her teaching career as a special education CSA teacher, working with Pre-K grade students. Now, she is excited to be working as a 2nd grade teacher at the Lincoln Elementary School. She has dreamed about becoming a teacher since she was in Kindergarten, after graduating from Plattsburgh University in 2017 with her bachelors and masters her dreams came true. She enjoys teaching by creating fun lessons filled with music, games, and videos. When she isn’t in school, Ms. Baldwin loves to play with her two dogs Penny a black lab and Lily a golden retriever, along with traveling, shopping and spending time with friends and family. Ms. Baldwin is very excited for a wonderful school year.
