Our main Center is located in the downtown area, directly across from the Pollard Memorial Library.    We are close to a LRTA bus stop.   Do NOT park on site at our Center or on any other private lot.  Cars may be ticketed or towed. 

Parking Options:

• Parking in Lowell costs $1.50 per hour on the street, on metered lots, and in parking garages.
• Morning and Evening students, and visitors planning to stay longer than 2 hours,  are encouraged to park at the Ayotte Garage. 
• On street, metered parking is available, Monday - Saturday, from 8am - 6pm.   There is a 2 hour limit.  Coins, bills and credit cards are accepted.  If you pay by credit card, there is a one hour minimum charge.
• You can also use the Passport Pay-By-Phone App to pay for on street parking using your smart phone.
