Principal

Hi, I’m Ms. Gobbi, the Principal of Wang Middle School! I love working with students and teachers every day to make our school a safe, welcoming, and exciting place to learn. My goal is to help every student grow, succeed, and feel proud to be part of the Wang community.

When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with my son, Luke, being active, and hanging out with family and friends.

Assistant Principal 

I am proud to serve as an Assistant Principal at Wang Middle School, where I will be dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and academically rigorous environment for all students. I bring more than twenty years of experience in education to his role.

Before becoming an administrator, I taught eighth grade English in Lawrence for ten years, where I developed a passion for helping students grow as readers, writers, and critical thinkers. I then served for another decade as the Upper School Associate Principal at the Marsh Grammar School in Methuen, where I focused on building positive relationships, supporting teachers, and creating a strong school community.

Assistant Principal

Hello, students and families! I am honored to serve as the 7/8 Assistant Principal at Wang Middle School. I was an ELA and Social Studies in grades 5-9 for 18 years, including 10 at Pyne Arts and Lowell High School, and I've held curriculum and team leadership positions in Lowell and Sudbury. Before teaching, I worked in the international educational travel industry and also served in the Marine Corps. These experiences ignited my passion for learning about history and people and inspired me to become a Humanities teacher. I earned my Ed.S. and M.Ed. at UMASS Lowell, CAGS at Fitchburg State, and B.A. at Westfield State. I am dedicated to public education! I have two teenagers at home and my wife is an elementary teacher in Lowell. I believe education requires a team effort, and I look forward to partnering with students, families, and staff at the Wang!

School Clerk

Hi, my name is Delma Sierra. I’ve been working at Wang Middle School for about two years. I started my career as a paraprofessional at the STEM Academy fro about 9 years and am now a clerk at Wang Middle School. I have three wonderful boys. I have a bubbly personality and am very easygoing and approachable.

School Nurse

I’m Keirstin, a school nurse with 7 years of experience — 5 of those in the school setting, following a foundation in critical care. I’m passionate about student health and creating a safe, supportive space.

Outside of work, I’m mom to a busy one-year-old, Amelia, and a proud dog owner of Bailey. Life’s a little hectic, but full of joy!
