My Name is Ms. Maguire and I am the Math Resource teacher at the Wang. I have worked at the school for 17 years as a 6th and 7/8th grade teacher. I love teaching math. My number one goal is to make math accessible and fun for all students. I work very closely with math teachers in the building to ensure that all students receive the very best from us. I have very high expectations for all students and believe all students can learn and succeed in math if they put 100% effort and dedication into their work.

After 16 years as a Wang 7th & 8th grade ELA teacher, this year I’m excited to offer my skills in this new position. As instructional specialist my vision is to help train staff in the type of instructional technology that will make learning accessible to all the different types of learners we have in our classrooms. 

I am beyond honored to be part of the Wang community, as my second year in this incredible role. . As an educator for twenty -one years, working with students K-12, I am thrilled to be in an environment that supports students and staff. Coming to school each day in a place where the philosophy is that all students can be successful and that we believe in each one, is truly a gift.
