This will be my fourth year at the Butler and my first-year teaching 6th grade. I love showing up to the Butler every morning and I want my students to feel the same way. There is room every day for hard work and laughter. In my classroom, there are plenty of both. I'm excited for another fun and productive year with you all!

This is my 8th year teaching. I started my first 2 years as a special education teacher at the Lawrence high School, then found my way over to the Frost where I taught special ed for 3 years (7th, 8th, then 6th). I swapped to general mathematics (6th grade) 2 years ago.

I went to Lawrence high School, then Merrimack College (I ran Cross Country and Track). Then I went through the Teach For America program where I worked on attaining a Master's Degree at Boston University.

My wife and I own a French bull dog by the name of Leia.

ELA Grade 6: This is my 10th year at the Butler, and my 3rd as a general education teacher for ELA. The best part of teaching is seeing each student grow and become increasingly successful, independent learners and caring members of our class communities. When not in school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, listening to music, gardening, skating and watching sports, especially the black and gold. Go Bruins!
