Hello! I am so excited to continue my teaching career at the Wang! Although this is my first year here, I previously taught 5th grade ELA and Social Studies at the Englesby in Dracut. In my free time, I love to read! As a student who once disliked reading, my goal this year is to find a passion for reading in as many students as I can!

Pam Merlino
My name is Pamela Merlino and I am one of the 6th grade math/science teachers at the Wang. I have been a teacher for over thirty years, most of which have been spent at the Wang. I LOVE teaching math and science. My number one goal is to make math and science accessible and FUN for ALL students. I work very closely with Ms. Colon, Mrs. Mosley, and Mr. King (the other 6th grade math/science teachers) to ensure that all students receive the very BEST from us. I have very HIGH expectations for all my students and believe ALL students can learn and succeed if they put 100% effort and dedication into their work. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, especially my granddaughter.

5th grade Math and Science
After working as a tutor and building sub here at the Wang, I'm excited to begin my first year as a full-time classroom teacher. I love being able to help the students start their journey here at the Wang in 5th grade and watch them as they grow before moving on to high school. I live in Tyngsboro with my husband, two daughters and one fur daughter.
