• This is federally funded and new to MA this year.  It is a one-time $120 payment for each student over the summer.  Anyone who receives SNAP, DTA, SSI or other assistance through MA is eligible for this.  Families can reach out to Lowell DTA, 131 Davidson Street, Lowell, MA (978-446-2400) with questions.
