The PALS/Wellness Club is a place to connect and explore all aspects of health including healthy habits for eating, exercising, reducing stress and learning self-care. Topics are student driven based on interest in the beginning of the year. In the past we have hosted guest speakers, explored healthy smoothie recipes and participated in activities that promote "Blue Zones", a project in Lowell that promotes living to be 100 through good choices. We meet on Wednesday afternoons and sometimes sponsor activities during Flexblock.
