GRAB AND GO MEAL SERVICE
We are offering grab and go meals for Lowell Public Schools students at a total of 11 sites during the weekdays while school is closed: Butler, Greenhalge, Lincoln, Moody, Morey, Murkland, Pawtucketville, Robinson, STEM Academy, Stoklosa and the Westminster Village Apartments.
In addition to picking up that day’s lunch, you will also be able to take home breakfast for the next morning. And, on Fridays, you will be able to pick up meals for the weekend days as well.
All students ages 2-18 are eligible for this program. Students don’t have to be present to pick up a meal. A parent or neighbor can pick up the student’s meal.
At-home learning packets are also distributed at all of the meal sites. New packets are available on Fridays and Mondays. The packets include activities that support the remote learning plan and are also posted on our website.
In order to maintain proper social distancing, we are asking families to get out of the car when picking up meals and at-home learning materials. The meals and at-home learning materials will be placed on a table for you to take. Thank you for helping us ensure that we can provide food service and keep all of our staff as safe as possible.
