The Finance Department oversees the following key areas:

• Budgeting: Responsible for the development, oversight, and management of the district’s annual budget, the budgeting team ensures resources are allocated to support student success while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
• Grants Management: Our grants team identifies, applies for, and manages state, federal, and private grant funding opportunities to support educational programs and initiatives. We ensure compliance with all reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Payroll: Ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all district employees, our payroll team is responsible for managing salaries, deductions, and benefits in accordance with district policies and state regulations.
• Purchasing: The purchasing division facilitates the procurement of goods and services for the district, ensuring that all purchases are made efficiently, economically, and in alignment with district guidelines and budgetary constraints.
