About Our Department

  • The Payroll Department is responsible for processing the weekly payroll for all School Department employees, including all salaries and supplements as well as Federal and State withholdings and deductions.   These transactions are examined by the City Auditor’s Office, and payments are issued by the City Treasurer’s Office.   The Payroll Office also works closely with the Personnel Department in researching and processing retirements, retro and lump sum payments, and other salary and benefit issues.


    Office hours during the School Year are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
