  • Harvest Of The Month

    Harvest of the month (HOTM) is a local food initiative program initially developed by Massachusetts Farm to School. It is a way to showcase fruits and vegetables that are grown locally in our region month to month.

    Each month, we highlight a local item based off the Massachusetts Farm to School Crop Calendar by featuring it in a meal. Some favorite Harvest of the Month recipes include Peach-Tomato Salsa in August and September, Kale Pesto Pasta in November, and Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese in February! Students are able to eat locally grown produce while trying new things! Look for our HOTM menu items highlighted in red on the menu each month to see what is coming up next.
