Lowell’s Early Childhood Advisory Council
The mission of the Lowell Early Childhood Advisory Council is to promote a community commitment to and a shared vision for nurturing and supporting young children (ages 0-8) and their families. The work of the council focuses on improving the quality and coordination of services provided by early care and education programs and agencies in the city of Lowell. The goal of the council is to provide a network of needed and important services, foster partnerships among individuals/agencies who provide services to families, and share resources with educators, parents, and other caregivers working with young children.
The Early Childhood Advisory Council meets on the first Monday of the month from 9:00-11:30 am at Greater Lowell Family YMCA.

Project LEARN
Started in 2013, the Lowell Education Alliance Resource Network (LEARN), was founded and funded by the Lowell business community, working hand in hand with the Lowell Public Schools. It is designed to increase resources for, and thereby improve outcomes for, children in Lowell.
